What We Can Help With
Our team fields a wide range of enquiries, from visitors planning their first trip to Egypt who want personalised site recommendations, to postgraduate researchers needing scholarly consultation, to museum educators looking for classroom resources. Below is a guide to the types of request we handle and what to include in your message.
Itinerary and visit planning — Tell us your available days, starting city, specific interests (period, site type, region) and any logistical constraints such as travelling with young children or limited mobility. The more specific you are, the more useful our response will be. We do not charge for general visit planning queries, though personalised multi-day itineraries are part of our Researcher plan service.
Research and academic consultation — Describe your research question or area of investigation, your institutional affiliation, and what kind of support you need (bibliography, site condition verification, direct scholarly consultation). Postgraduate students may apply for a student discount on our Researcher plan — include your institution name.
Institutional and educational subscriptions — Provide your organisation's name, the number of users requiring access, and a brief description of how you intend to use the research material. We will propose the appropriate plan and send a formal proposal document.
Press and media — We respond to press enquiries promptly. Include your publication, the story angle, your deadline and a direct phone number. Our Director is available for quoted comment on Egyptian heritage news, excavation announcements and conservation developments.
We do not broker accommodation, transport or guide services, and we do not accept advertising or sponsored content. If your enquiry relates to these matters, please contact tour operators directly.

Directions to Talaat Harb
Our office is a five-minute walk from Sadat metro station (Line 1 and Line 2 interchange at Tahrir Square). From the station, proceed along Kasr el-Nil Street and turn right onto Talaat Harb Street. We are on the right-hand side of the street, on the third floor.
Visitor parking on Talaat Harb is limited. We recommend arriving by metro or taxi. Many cafes and the nearby Egyptian Museum are accessible on foot from our office.
